To be added to the above mentioned rates € 30,00 for the end of stay cleaning (obligatory).
For the period 25.04 - 16.10 are NOT requested consumption costs, for water, gas and electricity.
Until 24.04 and from 17.10 for electricity is required a contribution of € 0,20 per Kw consumed (there is conditioned air cold/warm).
The warm water is produced by gas.

Reservations are reconfirmed upon receipt of a deposit (**) equal to 30% of the tariff for the entire stay. The remaining 70% of the tariff together with final cleaning fees is due upon arrival. Furthermore a the amount of € 200,00 as damage-guarantee is required. This sum will be entirely reimbursed at the end of the stay if no damage will be claimed.

The keys of the apartment will be delivered between 5.00 and 8.00 p.m. of the arrival day and have to be returned within 10.00 a.m. on the departure day.


(**)In case of cancellation the deposit fee will be entirely reimbursed, on condition that the apartment will be resold for the same period and at the same rates. The fees for the reimbursement operation will be deducted (€10,00 for Italy and € 15,00 for abroad)
