On the outskirts of Arzachena, within a fenced area of 5000 square meters, and a few meters from the dwelling house of the owners, are available for rent, two spacious one room apartments with all comforts.

Away from crowded and noisy apartment buildings only a few minutes from the marvellous and fashionable beaches of the Emerald Coast, this accommodation is the ideal place to pass an enjoyable and peaceful vacation among nature.

The two apartments are located in a cottage surrounded by a green English lawn and a Mediterranean garden.

Inside, each apartment has a big living room to be transformed into a sleeping room during the night by the means of a sofa which, with an easy switch, becomes a king size bed plus two single, disappearing bunk beds.

The apartments is further furnished with a table and chairs, an open kitchen, equipped with a fridge, cooking area with safety device against escape of gas, an electric oven, sink and various small cupboards.

Of course there is a very nice bathroom with shower box, washbasin, toilet and bidet.

Each of the apartments has its own barbecue and a comfortable portico with a table and small armchairs to relax or to enjoy candle light dinners outside.

The apartments have both a TV set and a very silent air conditioning system (heat pump with inverter) of ultimate generation as well as all the necessary kitchen utensils, dishes and cutlery, iron and iron board.

The apartments are not equipped with bed- bath- and table linen which has to be brought with.
